  • Our Commitment To Privacy

    Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

  • The Information We Collect:

    This notice applies to all personal information collected or submitted through the Bitcoin Tradr app. On the login pane, you can enter your Coinbase API key in order to connect the Bitcoin Tradr app to the Coinbase service. The types of personal information collected are: 
    • Coinbase API key
    This information is only used to read and write to Coinbase, and is never saved on your Windows 8 device, or to the Internet, without your express consent. Consent to save your API key is provided via checking the "Stay signed in" checkbox on the login pane. Even if you select to stay signed in, Bitcoin Tradr never stores your login credentials on any server, but rather uses the built-in, Microsoft-provided Windows 8 Credential Locker to securely encrypt and store your credentials. The Credential Locker will only save your credentials locally on your Windows 8 device, unless you choose to enable Roaming Settings in the Windows 8 Control Panel, in which case your credentials and access token are also stored securely on Microsoft's servers. 

    Information retrieved via Bitcoin Tradr's access to your Coinbase account, such as trades and balance information, is never saved or transferred anywhere other than to your local Windows 8 device. Bitcoin Tradr does not use this information for any purpose other than to provide you a view of your Coinbase information. Information you give to Bitcoin Tradr to transfer to the Coinbase service, such as requests to buy or sell bitcoin, are never transferred to any party other than the Coinbase service.

  • Our Commitment To Data Security

    To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. All information sent between Bitcoin Tradr and Coinbase is sent over an SSL encrypted connection.

  • Your Consent

    You consent to Bitcoin Tradr's privacy policy by using the Bitcoin Tradr app.
